Holiday Notice of Spring Festival 2024

It is kindly informed that our company is scheduled for 8 days’ holidays. And the holidays are from Feb 9th,2024(Friday) to Feb 16th,2024 (Friday) for Chinese New Year Holiday.

We will be back to work on Feb 17th,2024 (Saturday).

Shipping&Customer Service During Vacation:

1.We will suspend processing orders (out of stock frames/progressive lenses/tinted prescription lenses/unconventional lenses that require special customization) from Feb 2nd,2024.

2. Due to the holidays of various express delivery companies from Feb 4th,2024 to Feb 16th,2024(13 day), we will stop shipping from Feb 4th,2024. therefore, all orders for this period will be suspended until the end of the holiday. Please don't worry about your order, we will start shipping on Feb 17th,2024. Please note this before placing your order.

3. Meanwhile, the customers service department will be off the duty from Feb 9th,2024 to Feb 17th,2024, but we will response email & message in variable interval, the answer time will be Eastern Standard Time 9 am～10 am, and 7 pm ～ 10 pm in everyday. Please don't be worries If we didn't reply to you in time, all you need to do is tell us your question, we will get back to you as soon as we can, thanks for your patience. We wii be back at Feb 17th,2024.
