Holiday Notice of Spring Festival 2025
It is kindly informed that our company is scheduled for 11 days’ holidays. And the holidays are from Jan 23th,2025(Thursday) to Feb 2nd,2025 (Sunday) for Chinese New Year Holiday.
We will be back to work on Feb 2nd,2025 (Sunday).
We apologize for the inconvenience this may take and thank you for your understanding.

Attention:
- After Jan 21th,2025, we will supend processing orders (out of stock frames/progressive lenses/tinted prescription lenses/unconventional lenses that require special customization)

Shipping&Customer Service During Vacation:
1. We will stop shipping items out from Jan 23th 2025 because our whole company will take a annual leave for 11 days, all the shipping company will be closed by then, therefore, all the orders during this time will be putted a hold on until the vacation off. Please don't worry about your orders, we will start shipping orders out on Feb 2nd 2025. Please be aware of this before you place an order.

Meanwhile, the customers service department will be off the duty from Jan 25th 2025 to Feb 2nd 2025, but we will response email & message in variable interval, the answer time will be Eastern Standard Time 8 am~9 am, and 7 pm ~ 9 pm in everyday. Please don't be worries If we didn't reply to you in time, all you need to do is tell us your question, we will get back to you as soon as we can, thanks for your patience. We wii be back at Feb 2th 2025.
